HAPPY NEW YEAR! Welcome to our cooking session….

Last week we made SCOTCH PANCAKES!

This is our recipe

110g flour

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1 egg

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of golden syrup

150ml milk

Serve with: honey and fresh fruit and jam! Delicious πŸ˜„πŸ‘πŸ˜„πŸ‘πŸ˜―

Here we go!

Let’s get started!

Weigh the flour and add bicarbonate of soda.

In a bowl, mix wet ingredients

Blending the egg, oil, syrup & milk.

Mix the wet & dry ingredients

Cook the pancakes on the pan

They were delicious πŸ˜‹ πŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯˜
