STRESSED? FEELING FIDGETY? MAKE THESE STRESS BALLS IN BRIGHT COLOURS… WE DID!

on May 19, 2017

Ms Kelly told us about this video.

After we watched the video we worked together and we each made a stress/exercise ball of our choice. We picked our colours first!

Look at our photo log to see how we made them. They turned out great! We think you will like them too!

Try them at home.

You need:

  • Plastic bottles
  • Balloons
  • Flour
  • You can make a paper cone to put into the bottle top and spoon the flour into the bottle through the cone.

Stress balls, what a great idea. I think we all need something to reduced stress at times. I could use one of these balls while watching Ireland v Austria in the soccer match next month………………it will probably be squeezed a lot…..Isabelle’s Dad

Everyone looks to be busy and happy! What a great activity. I’m glad Mrs Macnamara visited while my children were making them.
