OUR SPECIAL COMMUNION HYMN: ‘CIRCLE OF FRIENDS’
You have friends, you are not alone
Thanks to them, you’re not on your own
You are strong even when you feel small
From the rain, they will shelter you
In your pain, they will comfort you,
They will always pick you up when you fall
Circle of friends, All around you,
Circle of friends, Strong and true,
Circle of friends, Always there for you.
Even when you are far apart
To your friends, you’re joined heart to heart
Far away you are not on your own.
You’re not there, but they think of you
In their prayer, they remember you
You are never ever truly alone.
Circle of friends, All around you
Circle of friends, Strong and true
Circle of friends, Always there for you.

Psalm: My Shepherd is the Lord WE WILL SING THE 4 VERSES AS TYPED
My Shepherd is the Lord
He tends all my needs
By quiet streams, He plants a dream
Of peace and love for me.
He shepherds me.
Sometimes when I’m afraid
Sad and all alone
You make my tears disappear
With your touch of joy.
You shepherd me.
You give me food to eat,
Bless me every day
You give me rest as your guest
Forever in your home
You shepherd me.
My Shepherd is the Lord
He tends all my needs
By quiet streams, He plants a dream
Of peace and love for me.
He shepherds me.
Recessional Hymns: Go Now Peace! This Is The Day!
Go now in peace together today,
Jesus is here in a very special way.
Tell all you meet that He is gentle and kind,
Praise Him and love Him in body, soul and mind.
Go in peace! Go in love! Go in joy!
Every girl and boy.
Go in peace! Go in love! Go in joy
Every girl and boy.
Bring all the love we’ve had here today,
share it around, don’t let it fade away,
love one another as Jesus Christ loves you,
praise Him and love Him in everything you do.
Go in peace! Go in love! Go in joy!
Every girl and boy.
Go in peace! Go in love! Go in joy
Every girl and boy.

The following hymns will be sung at the Offertory of the Mass and during the receiving of Communion.
We invite you to listen to the music now and we welcome you to sing and praise with the children’s choir at
your child’s
First Holy Communion Mass.
This is my body, broken for you,
bringing you wholeness, making you free.
Take it and eat it, and when you do,
do it in love for me.
This is my blood, poured out for you,
bringing forgiveness, making you free.
Take it and drink it, and when you do,
do it in love for me.
Love one another: I have loved you,
and I have shown you how to be free;
serve one another, and when you do,
do it in love for me, do it in Love for me.
As I kneel before you,
As I bow my head in prayer,
Take this day, make it yours
and fill me with your love.
Ave Maria, Gratia plena,
Dominus tecum, Benedicta tu.
All I have I give you,
Every dream and wish are yours,
Mother of Christ,
Mother of mine, present them to my Lord.
Ave Maria, Gratia plena,
Dominus tecum, Benedicta tu.
As I kneel before you,
And I see your smiling face,
Ev’ry thought, ev’ry word
Is lost in your embrace.
Ave Maria, Gratia plena,
Dominus tecum, Benedicta tu.
Céad míle fáilte romhat a Íosa, a Íosa.
Céad míle fáilte romhat a Íosa.
Céad míle fáilte romhat, a Sháanathóir.
Céad míle, míle fáilte romhat Íosa, a Íosa.
Glór agus moladh Duit a Íosa, a Íosa;
Glór agus moladh Duit a Íosa.
Glór agus moladh Duit a Shlánathóir
Glór Moladh agus Buíochas Duit Íosa, a Íosa.

Come and share the stories of old,
Stories of Jesus, His work and His world. Chorus
