THIRD CLASS LEARN ABOUT INVERTEBRATES WITH NUALA MADIGAN

Last week we went into the school garden with Nuala. We learned about invertebrates. We hunted for them in dark and cold places and one of my friends found a baby caterpillar that was just born.

We put all the invertebrates and the other insects that we found into a bowl. Then we learned about them.

Here are some photos of us in the garden.

Next, we went back to the classroom and we learned about water invertebrate: water skaters, mayflies, and lots more. We examined them in water. We recorded our information on worksheets.
